No guarantee of availability or price
Availability, scheduling, and pricing are confirmed only when a trip is booked directly with us. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding commitment, and vehicle assignment is subject to availability.
Website requests are not reservations
Submitting a form creates a request for Lee's to review. It does not create an instant or guaranteed reservation, place a vehicle on hold, or process payment. A trip is booked only after Lee's confirms availability, route, vehicle, and price directly with the customer. Travel within 48 hours should be requested by phone.
Pricing benchmarks and quotes
Published examples, including the 22-mile Alys Beach comparison benchmark, apply only to the trip details stated with them. They are not a promise that every route to the same community will have the same price. Exact quotes may reflect pickup point, destination, passenger count, luggage, stops, requested wait time, trip timing, and vehicle availability. Any applicable parking, toll, gratuity, or wait-time terms should be confirmed with the quote.
Changes and cancellations
Change and cancellation terms may depend on the specific trip. Ask for those terms when the booking is confirmed. A request to change a date, route, pickup time, passenger count, or vehicle is subject to availability and may change the price. Sending a change through the website does not mean it has been accepted.
Airport and travel delays
Airline schedules, road conditions, weather, community access restrictions, and events are outside the website's control. Customers should provide accurate flight and contact information and remain reachable on the travel day. Lee's will communicate how delays are handled when confirming the trip, but this website does not guarantee a particular response to every delay.
Third-party references
References to airports, venues, or communities on this site are informational only and do not imply affiliation or endorsement. Hours, access rules, and requirements at those locations change — confirm current details with them directly before relying on anything stated here.
Passenger conduct and safety
Riders are expected to provide an accurate passenger count and follow driver instructions regarding seating, seatbelts, vehicle capacity, and safety. The person arranging the ride is responsible for communicating relevant trip needs before confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or end a trip for unsafe, unlawful, destructive, or abusive conduct.
Luggage, personal property, and special requests
Customers should describe luggage and special transportation needs before booking so Lee's can determine whether the requested vehicle is suitable. Do not leave valuables unattended in a vehicle. Contact Lee's promptly about lost property; recovery cannot be guaranteed. Child-seat, accessibility, or other special requests must be discussed and confirmed in advance.
Intellectual property
Text, images, and design on this site belong to Lee's 30A Car Service or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of, or reliance on, this website.
Governing terms
If a separately confirmed booking includes written trip, payment, cancellation, or conduct terms, those specific terms govern that booking if they conflict with general website information. If part of these website terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.
